The decision has been taken to award a Northamptonshire Police Contract for IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform to Alemba Ltd. This consolidated system will provide a single IT Helpdesk Service where users will go to get IT problems resolved, action new requests for kit/services and monitor all IT equipment issued across the organisations.
The contract term is from 31/03/2025 to 30/03/2030. The Contract value is £326,381.92 Excluding VAT for the 5 years.
