As of the 30th of April 2024, there are currently 128 members of staff employed by the OPFCC, including those employed by VOICE which is a free, confidential support service for anyone affected by crime, life-changing fire incidents and serious road traffic collisions in Northamptonshire.
The OPFCC also provides governance support to Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service).

The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011 requires us to publish specific information in relation to the staff of the OPFCC:
