The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information Order 2011) places a duty on Police, Fire and Crime Commissioners (PFCCC) to publish a Register of Gifts and Hospitality. The Policy applies to the PFCC, Deputy PFCC (if appointed) and all staff employed by the (OPFCC).

This policy and procedure is focused on ensuring that the PFCC meets their legislative requirements whilst demonstrating the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability to the public.
