Decision taken
The decision has been taken to Vary to extend a contract with CAE Technology Services Ltd for the provision of Network and Telephone plus Redbox maintenance to upload firmware to improve the current system for Northamptonshire Police to remain operational. This variation to extend for the contract element of Redbox maintenance only from the 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
The cost for 12 months is £2,866.95 excluding VAT with a total contract value is £853,630.78 excluding VAT.
