The decision has been taken to award a Contract for the Provision of IT Hardware Purchases to Specialist Computer Centre PLC. This covers the purchase of IT hardware which includes headsets, laptop chargers, monitors and peripherals. This is a joint contract for Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Authority.
The contract term is from 27 February 2026 until 26 February 2028 with one option to extend for a further year until 26 February 2029. The Police share of the Contract value is up to £251,250 excluding VAT which includes the extension year. There is no commitment for the Authority to spend the full amount.
