The decision has been taken to vary a Contract with Combined Office Interiors Limited for the Provision of Office Furniture for Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The contract term is from 18th November 2024 until 17th November 2026. The contract value is up to £125,000 excl VAT for Northamptonshire Police and up to £25,000 excl VAT for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service. The variation is to increase the value for Northamptonshire Police by up to £76,411.26 excl VAT. The new contract value for Northamptonshire Police will be up to £201,411.26 excl VAT. The Authority has no commitment to spend the full amount.
