Decision taken
The decision has been taken to award a Northamptonshire Police Contract for The Provision of Support and Subscription Licensing for the Nutanix Hyperconverged Platform to Softcat PLC. The contract provides for the continuation of the Nutanix platform which is critical for business operations across the Force.
The contract term is for 3 years from 26/07/2026 to 25/07/2029 and includes 2 x12 month extension options. If both extension options are utilised the contract will end on 25/07/2031.
The Contract value for the initial 3-year term is £249,000 excluding VAT / £299,998 including VAT. Extension values will be reviewed and determined at point of enactment.
