Decision Record 651 – Contract Variation for the Provision of ISVA with NHFT
Decision taken
The decision has been taken to vary and extend contract- CN202202020 with Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for the provision of ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisers).
This extension is to enact the second optional extension included in the original contract for a further 12 months, taking the contract end date to 31 March 2027.
The variation is to amend the requirement and from CHISVA and ISVA to ISVA only, due to the reduction in requirement. Additionally, to capture inflationary increases as allowed for within the original contract.
The value for the extension/variation is £55,430 Excl. VAT. This will take the total contract value to £462,109 Excl. VAT. and £554,530.80 inc VAT.
