Decision taken
Following the receipt of policing grant funding from NHS England, the decision has been taken
to award a contract to Life Education East Midlands for a primary schoolsbased programme
delivering Sexual Violence and Sexual Abuse prevention Activity on Healthy Relationships in
Northamptonshire. The value of the contract is £132,000 without VAT. It will enable the
delivery of an additional 125 days of a healthy relationships programme, delivered to 15,000
children aged 311 years per year. The contract period will run from 14th November 2022 to
31st March 2024

Professional financial and legal advice has been sought to ensure the decision best supports
business need and represents value for money.
