“please provide me with full details of staffing changes within the OPCC since the election in May. 

Please include: 

  1. Number of staff hired, including job titles and salaries 
  1. Number of staff made redundant or who have resigned or retired, including severance payments”

Answer

  1. Since the PCC elections held in May 2021, the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner has employed two Early Intervention support officers. These roles are scale SO1

Employee 1 – S01 Spinal Point 30 £32,133

Employee 2 – S01 Spinal Point 29 £30,712

2. Number of staff made redundant or who have resigned or retired, including severance payments

Since the PCC elections held in May 2021, three employees of the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner have resigned.
