Response
I can confirm that the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC) does hold some of the information requested.
OPFCC consultation/surveys are carried out by a joint Enabling Services Team who provide back-office functions to Northamptonshire Police, Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue and The Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner. The Enabling Services Team are employed by the Chief Constable of Northamptonshire Police and therefore information relating to their work is not accessible to employees of the OPFCC.
OPFCC consultation/surveys utilised Survey Monkey with no cost to the OPFCC. Any contract for such work would be held by Northamptonshire Police under the Enabling Services arrangements.
