Request
- Please would you a) list the five biggest landowners in your area in terms of hectares they manage and b) where these landowners have submitted a Wildfire Response Plan, the latest version of it together with any Risk Assessment they have provided. (See Ref 1 below)
- Provide your own Risk Assessment as a Fire and Rescue Service on the threats facing your firefighters in tackling moorland fires.
Response
the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC) does not hold the information requested. Freedom of Information requests relating to Fire and Rescue operational matters are managed and processed by Northamptonshire Police’s information unit who are employed by the Chief Constable.
The Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner and Northamptonshire Police are two separate legal entities and Information regarding operational matters and systems is the responsibility of Northamptonshire Police, therefore the OPFCC would not hold any of the information you have requested. Northamptonshire Police’s Information Unit may hold some of the information you are seeking.
