The decision has been taken to award a Contract for the provision of IT hardware to Softcat PLC. These contracts will cover the purchases of items such as keyboards, phone chargers, headsets, and laptop bags. This is a joint contract for Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service. The contract term is from 15/08/2023 to 14/08/2024 with one option to extend for a further year until 14/08/2025. The Police share of the Contract value is up to
£167,500 excluding VAT and there is no commitment for the Authority to spend this full amount.
