The decision has been taken to vary a Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Contract for Microsoft 365 Licenses with Softcat PLC. The licenses provide a subscription to use Microsoft products and software for each user within the service. The contract term is from 01/12/2022 to 30/11/2025. The Contract value is £696,103.48 excluding VAT. The Variation term is from 01/12/2023 and the value is £957.69 excluding VAT. This increases the overall Contract value to £697,061.17 excluding VAT.
