Complete your

Survey

This survey is designed to help you understand the challenges your staff may face both inside and outside the workplace, particularly in relation to Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). The insights gathered will support your organisation in recognising and responding effectively to these issues.

The survey includes a set of suggested questions for staff, but it is not exhaustive. It should be conducted anonymously to ensure employees feel comfortable sharing their experiences openly.

You may use your organisation’s existing survey tools or opt for platforms such as SurveyMonkey, which allow you to upload questions, share a link with staff, and easily analyse responses once the survey is complete.

Timeframe

We recommend keeping the survey open for at least three weeks, ideally four weeks. This timeframe allows for regular communication and reminders to encourage participation while the survey remains active.

GDPR Compliance

It is essential to include a statement explaining how the data will be used to comply with GDPR requirements. Below is a sample statement but you may have your own which can be utilised.

Sample GDPR Statement:

This survey is intended to help the organisation understand how you may have been impacted by Violence Against Women and Girls. The information collected will be used solely for this purpose. Under GDPR, we have a legal duty to protect any information you provide. Your data will only be used for this project and will not be retained longer than necessary, up to a maximum of five years.
