I write to you in order to request the information set out below. My request is pursuant to the FOIA.

The request concerns the investment made by the Home Office into your district under the Safer Streets Fund, announced in July 2020.

Please can you provide the following:

1. All the LSOAs (lower super output areas) under your jurisdiction that the intervention area covers 2. The specification for CCTV that will be installed in these areas including:
2. i) the model of camera
3. ii) a description of the camera

iii) the number of cameras that will be installed

If no CCTV cameras are planned, please make this clear.

I am writing to advise you that, following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is held by the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.

 

You requested the following:

In response to your second request, CCTV Cameras are to be installed in three areas of Northamptonshire. The details are as follows:

 

Kettering – LSOA 004A – Kettering All Saints Ward

13 x Hikvion IP PTZ Darkfighter technology Dome Cameras to include a swan neck bracket to post mount

 

4 x Hikvion Fixed Darkfighter technology Dome Cameras as per below, to include a post mount bracket

Additional Cameras are to be located to Mill Road Park in Kettering:

 

3 x Hikvion IP PTZ Darkfighter technology Dome Cameras as per below, to include a swan neck brackets to post mount

Northampton – LSOAs 23C, 25B & 25C– St Crispin’s

 

9 Hikvision 36x zoom dark fighter PTZ IP cameras

1 Hikvision long range Dark fighter camera

 

 

Wellingborough – LSOAs 004A, 004B, 004C & 004D – Victoria Ward (formerly the Castle Ward area)

 

10 x Hikvion IP PTZ Darkfighter technology Dome Cameras as per below
