Decision taken
To award a contract to Perfect Circle, for the provision of services and works in support of the Estates Masterplan. The include but are not limited to: the delivery of Masterplan Final Business Case, Refresh of Estates Strategy, Delivery of RIBA Stage 1-7 and associated Consultancy Services.
The contract {Option G agreement) was awarded via a compliant route to market under the SCAPE framework. The total value of the contract is for up to £2,777,000 exclusive of VAT. However, it should be noted that each individual task order utilised under the Option G shall be reviewed and approved via the OPFCC. As set out in the Governance Framework there is a delegated 5% increase which may be used, without further approvals via the OPFCC, and
where used, the contract value may increase to £2,915,850 (exc VAT). The duration of the Contract is from 02 October 2023 to 27 July 2029.
