Chief’s Chat

Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Danielle Stone and Chief Constable Ivan Balhatchet have taken to the airwaves to answer questions about policing and community safety in Northamptonshire.

The first Chiefs’ Chat was held on October 21, 2025, when Danielle and Ivan went live on Facebook to answer questions that had been emailed in, or were asked live on the night on the Force and the Commissioner’s Facebook pages.

Danielle dealt with as many questions as they could in the time and took away 13 actions to follow up.

The second Chiefs’ Chat is taking place between 6.30pm and 8pm on Tuesday 31 March.  You can submit a question live during the broadcast on Facebook or by emailing chiefschat@northants.police.uk  before the broadcast

Remember, we can’t answer questions on live or ongoing cases, we won’t give out your name, and we can’t guarantee to answer everything
