Decision Record 460- Variation to Chronicle Requirement with JML Software
Decision taken
To vary a contract with JML Software Solutions for the provision of the Chronicle system, which enables Northamptonshire Police to record Police officer and staff competencies against a range of subject areas. This ensures that they are appropriately trained, accredited, and deployable. This variation is to undertake a review of the competency of the system prior to inspection from the College of Policing. The contract will run from 13 September 2022 to 12 September 2025, this variation does not alter this term. The value of the variation will increase the contract by £2,400 excl VAT and will bring the overall contract value to £157,102.06 excl VAT.
