The decision has been taken to award a Northamptonshire Police Contract for an upgrade of hardware and licences for Cisco Telephony to ITGL Limited . Cisco is a Call Manager System. It includes the following communications equipment: –
Custody desk phones, desktop phones, Force Control Room phones and Station phones.
The contract term is from 28/05/24 to 27/05/2027 with the option to extend licences for a further three years if required. The Contract value is £327,863.95 excluding VAT for the initial three-year period.
