-How much money has been spent on such action to date?

-What is the total estimated future cost of action to deal with RAAC?”

I can confirm that the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner does hold the information requested:

  • If the police estate has been surveyed to see whether its buildings contain Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC)? – We can confirm that the police estate property assets within Northamptonshire have been surveyed for RAAC.
  • If so, when the surveys took place? – Across a range of dates from – 14th September 2023 to 10th October 2023.
  • How many buildings were identified as containing the material? – None
  • What, if any, action has been taken as a result of the findings? – No further action required as no evidence of RAAC found.
  • How much money has been spent on such action to date? – Not applicable.
  • What is the total estimated future cost of action to deal with RAAC? –  No cost to deal directly with RAAC. Survey costs only.
