As at 30th November 2023, 5 positions are dedicated to recruitment for OPFCC, Police and Fire.

 

Qu 4. What is your time to hire from adverting to onboarding?

Recruitment – This depends on vetting timeline which can take up to 3 months but recruitment process including onboarding could take 6 weeks excluding vetting

 

Qu 5. What was your attrition rate in 2022?

Period 2022/2023: 8.51%

 

Qu 6. What is your average cost per hire (including attraction and screening) in 2022?

As the recruitment process is completed in house as an Enabling service for multiple organisations, this information is not held.

We received 13 applications during 2022. For the drop-out rate, we are unable to provide this for 2022 as these records are not available due to system change.

From 2023 we use Oleeo ATS, for 2022 and prior it was Taleo.
