I would like to make an FOI request, to identify whether your current Victims Service (which I believe is named “Voice”) is in-house or not? If it is in-house, please may you provide me with how long the service has been this way. If it is commissioned, please can you inform me of the incumbent provider.

Response

I can confirm the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner holds the information requested. The PFCC took the decision to bring Northamptonshire’s Victim and Witness Services delivered by Voice Ltd in-house to the Office of Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner from the 1^st April 2023.
