Information relating to to recorded accidents, traffic incidents, emergency service call-outs/attendance and if available any near-miss data at and around the junction where Broughton Road, Pytchley, meets the Wellingborough Road between Broughton and Orlingbury and crosses over towards the A43 (Kettering to Northampton).

I am writing to advise you that, following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.

It is important to understand that The Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC) and Northamptonshire Police are two separate legal entities. Information regarding operational policing matters is the responsibility of Northamptonshire Police, therefore the OPFCC does not hold any of the information you have requested. Northamptonshire Police’s Information Unit may hold some of the information you are seeking. The OPFCC also allocated funding through the Road Safety Community Fund which awards grants of between £500 and £5,000 to support activity that contributes to the  Northamptonshire Strategic Road Safety Plan.
